中文摘要: 分析了DXF文件结构并在此基础上简要介绍了需要提取的信息. 针对无序的加工路径使得空刀路径长度过大的情况, 提出了一种基于遗传算法的路径优化算法. 并比较了路径优化前后路径中空刀路径长度, 可以得出经算法优化后得到的路径空刀路径明显减少, 从而使得加工效率得到提高.
Abstract:The DXF file structure is analyzed and on the basis of the analysis introduces the graphic meta information briefly which ought to be extracted from DXF files. In order to reduce the path length, there is a router optimization algorithm proposed based on genetic algorithms. By comparing the length of the routers, we can see the idle stroke is reduced efficiently and the machining efficiency is improved.
