中文摘要: 为了解决目前在细胞冷冻前细胞换液过程中人工操控难、技术要求高、效率低、成本高等问题, 提出了一种基于STM32和μC/OS-Ⅱ的自动控制系统的设计方案. 其中, 以STM32为主控器, 完成步进电机S形加减速脉冲的生成、位移数据的采集和模数转换、与上位机LabVIEW的通信等; 控制系统中嵌入μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统以实现多任务运行, 简化程序设计, 便于扩展. 实际的测试证明, 该系统具有良好的稳定性和可行性,大大缩短了实验时间, 性能指标达到了系统初步的目标要求.
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficult manual handling, high technical requirement, low efficiency and high cost during the exchange of the cell medium before cell freezing, a design of automatic control system based on STM32 and μC/OS-Ⅱ is proposed. In the system, STM32 is used as main controller to complete the generation of S-shaped acceleration and deceleration pulses for the stepper motor, acquisition of displacement data and analog-to-digital conversion, communication with the host computer, etc. Embedded real-time operation system μC/OS-Ⅱ is applied in the control system, which can realize the multi-tasks running, simplify programming and is easy to extend. Test results show that the system is stable, feasible, and has greatly shortened the test time, which reaches the preliminary requirements of the design.
