Abstract:As a fundamental industry, petroleum industry plays a very important role in the development of the national economy. Several major oil companies, the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, generate millions of daily business documents,and millions of workflow to initiate and approve. How to manage of these large enterprise content efficiently and safety has become an urgent issue.
