Abstract:Research-based enterprises are profoundly aware of the importance of knowledge management. Problems emerged during the process of establishing knowledge management system cause low efficiency for enterprise progress. In the long term of management information system construction the enterprise that author work for has achieved certain effects in knowledge management process by the exploring of research method and practice, the knowledge management system gradually gets into orderly construction process, effectively promote knowledge innovation in enterprise.
