中文摘要: 通过对HZS180 商品混凝土搅拌站工艺流程及其生产特殊性的分析,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器及PCI总线数据采集设备的混凝土搅拌站自动控制系统,该控制系统对混凝土生产的全过程进行规范化控制并具备相应的数据管理功能,保证了混凝土质量,提高了混凝土搅拌站的自动化生产程度和科学化管理程度。
Abstract:Through analyzing the process flow and the production of special characteristics of the commercial concrete mixing station which names HZS180, this paper designs an automatic control system of concrete mixing station based on virtual instruments and PCI bus data acquisition device. The system controls the whole process of the concrete production standard and has some corresponding data management functions. The control system guarantees the quality of concrete and improves the degree of automation and scientific management of Concrete mixing station.
