Abstract:For the support of a variety of technologies, the intelligent monitoring under the network environment develops rapidly. It is widely used in manufacturing, smart security, image retrieval, medical image analysis and other fields. Meanwhile, the study of its key technology, computer vision is at the leading edge of the field of high-tech research. Currently, the computer vision technology faces many problems such as vague description of semantic information and inefficient. Based on the study of current technology of intelligent monitoring under the network environment, this article aims to review and analyze the pathway of its development, then discover and summarize the internal relations among the core technologies and try to predict the development trends of the intelligent monitoring under the network environment. Additionally, the detailed description of visual tracking, one of the hotspot studies especially the condition of multi-camera collaborative work is presenting in the article.

Abstract:Given the generally low quality of Production Development schedule baseline definition, an evaluation method of project schedule risk quantification based on Monte Carlo simulation under the conditions of resource constraints is proposed. Firstly, considering the resource constraints on the progress, an activity duration sampling method under resource constraints is proposed. Secondly, to study the probability distribution of project duration, a method to recognize the critical path to a project dynamically is proposed under the random change in the activity duration. Finally, examples will show that Monte Carlo simulation methods under resource constraints can assess the progress risk of IT project effectively and support the project decision-making.

Abstract:With the increasing demand of application of streaming media, continuous improvement and perfecting the existing streaming media system performance is imperative, and introducing cloud computing into streaming media system becomes a major trend of the streaming media system. This paper simply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing, CDN and P2P networks, and research development. The paper mainly discusses the problems of P2P streaming media transmission system in the cloud environment which are bandwidth, process of streaming data, quality of service. After that, summarizing virtualization technologies, storage management techniques, scheduling techniques and replication technology in the system. Furthermore, from the perspective of building experimental environment of cloud computing, the paper cited some popular means of simulation.

Abstract:By establishing flood forecasting models based on the standard BP algorithm, the Levenberg-Marquart algorithm and the genetic algorithm respectively, the paper studies the floods of the Zhouhe River in Dazhou city of Sichuan province, and analyzes and compares the outcomes of these three models. It shows that the model based on the genetic algorithm has the fastest convergence rate and highest accuracy in flood forecasting and can effectively prevent the network from getting into local minimum point.

Abstract:With the rapid development of communication and network technology, vehicle navigation technology is gradually to the evolution of dynamic network navigation. Abstract:The position and status of electric logistics vehicle was monitored with remote monitoring system by using of the global positioning system(GPS), public mobile communication networks(GPRS), Internet and geographic information system(GIS). A microprocessor of XC2267 acts as a main controller for the monitoring system. The vehicle position information from the GPS positioning module and real-time operational data of vehicle sampled with CAN bus are processed and send to a central server through the GPRS network, central server accesses the requests from clients or charging stations and returns data to them, these data are then displayed on the interface.

Abstract:Aiming at widely used H.264 protocol, a kind of streaming media player system was designed based on SDL and ffmpeg. After unpacked, streaming media data packed by RTP protocol coule be decoded by ffmpeg, and shown by SDL, streaming media data could be saved in local file system for invocation at the same time. Experiment showed that the system had good real time performance and image quality. Besides, the system also had a good extensibility and portability because of the professional platform independence provided by ffmpeg and SDL, these features made the system suitable for embedded device and mobile terminal.

Abstract:Aiming to simulate and reproduce the urban traffic network environments, and to improve the versatility and reusability of the traffic model, the traffic elements such as vehicle, lane, road, intersection and light were abstracted into five components with the combination of the characteristics of urban traffic flow and computer simulation technologies, and then the microscopic traffic simulation system with multi-components was designed and established which has a good human-computer interface. In the final, an example of traffic simulation was conducted and the result indicated that the microscopic traffic simulation system with multi-components could be used for testing, evaluating and comparing the traffic control strategies.

Abstract:The Enterprise Service Bus system which is based on Stage Event-Driven Architecture is divided into five stages according to the logic processing functions: message listener, protocol analysis, message exchange, message route and message send. During the system running, the central scheduler collects states of these stages' information. This research adjusts thread pool size of each stage dynamically based on the mean-variance analysis, then all stages' task processing ability are associated, which can avoid some stages' heavily burden that may affects the performance of entire system.

Abstract:The stable operation of aluminum-air new energy battery involving with wind fluid thermal and many other factors, the demand for aluminum-air battery system run real-time monitoring of the status parameters, design a the aluminum-air battery management system based on CAN bus. Through the design of the system CAN interface, CAN communication protocol, CAN data transmission is aluminum-air battery automated management. The application of the system in a certain type of aluminum-air new energy power plants, and the results showed that: the system can take advantage of the real-time monitoring of the CAN bus monitoring parameters and stable operation of aluminum-air battery, failure to timely diagnosis system for aluminum-air battery engineering applications has practical value.

Abstract:RSKNN is an improved algorithm of KNN with better classification performance. The RSKNN algorithm is based on the theory of the variable precision rough set. The algorithm guarantees under the premise of a certain classification accuracy, effectively reduces the computation burden of the classified samples, and improves the computation efficiency and precision of classification. But the degree of dependence on attributes is very high, which can make RSKNN algorithm affected by a certain degree of precision in classification. So the use of the class subspace classification method into RSKNN algorithm can improve the classification accuracy of RSKNN. The experimental results carried out on some UCI public datasets verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract:The traditional ant colony clustering algorithm treats all features of data set equally. But in practice, the contribution rate of attributes is different from each other. Therefore, giving all features the same weight will eventually affect the quality of clustering. To overcome the defect, the method of principal components analysis is introduced into the ant colony clustering algorithm to calculate the contribution rates of attributes and to construct the weights of attributes. On this basis, combined with a new initialization strategy, an improved ant colony algorithm with weighted attributes is proposed in this paper. The experiments on several UCI data sets validated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The results show that reasonable weight distribution can effectively improve the quality of clustering.

Abstract:The traditional BP neural network classification algorithm has the inherent shortcomings such as miscarriage of justice when each network's output value or network output value between the mode classes is similar. So the fault diagnosis method of BP neural network based on mode correlation is proposed. Then the modeling and simulation are performed with a specific circuit. Experimental results show that the BP neural network which combining with mode correlation has made full use of all of the value which is outputted by every node of the network output layer and strengthened the network output performance. This method has made mode classification more convenient, better classification results and has certain universality.

Abstract:In view of the low precision of particle filter algorithm and particle degradation in target tracking, a GH-RPF algorithm is put forward. Based on particle filter, Gauss-Hermite filter is applied to generate the importance density function, and meanwhile canonical transformation is adopted to re-sampling in order to improve the diversity of particles. If the algorithm is applied to nonlinear and non-Gaussian target tracking, it can be seen from the simulation result that the filtering accuracy is higher and tracking performance is better compared to the standard particle filter algorithm as well as EKPF.

Abstract:The regional copy-move tampering for a digital image is one of the most common forgery methods. This paper proposes a detection algorithm based on wavelet moment to detect the location of image copy-move tampering. Firstly, we tentatively figure out the suspicious tampered areas in an image by the active contour model based on variational level sets. Secondly, the wavelet moment algorithm is employed to extract wavelet moment features from all suspicious areas. Finally, the real tampered areas are located by using cosine correlation measure to judge the similarity of those suspicious tampered areas. The experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of above mentioned algorithm and its good robustness to the operations of translation, rotation and scale for foreground tampered areas.

Abstract:Digital image compression is very important in digital communication and storage. It is an active field in information technology. This paper uses the wavelet transform, through the quantization and entropy coding, to realize the image compression. The compression performance is analyzed in terms of compression threshold and quantization order. When the threshold increases, the impression ratio also increases, but the restored image will have worse quality. On the other hand, when the quantization order increases, the restored image will have better quality, but the compression ratio will decrease.

Abstract:This paper introduces a novel heuristic algorithm with linear computational complexity for multiprocessor systems. It provides suboptimal solutions for dynamic real-time systems by parallelization of tasks. The performance of scheduling algorithms for multiprocessor platforms is compared by a large quantity of scheduable task sets. Experiments show that the new scheduling scheduling algorithm has a higher success ratio and is appropriate for dynamic real-time systems without a complete prior knowledge of task parameters.

Abstract:Using network coding in wireless networks can increase throughput and reduce energy consumption. Recently there are many works focusing on how to utilize network coding to increase throughput while there are few works considering the quality of service. This paper focuses on network coding based broadcast scheduling in wireless networks with the packet delay constraint and aims at minimizing the number of retransmissions. We will combine two encoding and scheduling schemes, analyze their respective advantages and disadvantages, and dynamically select the scheme. Simulation results show that our algorithm can reduce the number of retransmissions.

Abstract:Short-term traffic flow forecast is an important issue in Intelligent Transportation system. Due to the low forecast accuracy of exponential smoothing method in data fitting. In this paper, By combining exponential smoothing theory and Markov chain, we propose exponential-smoothing-Markov short-term traffic flow forecast method. With Markov chain, the method can solve the problems existing in exponential smoothing, i.e., by narrowing the forecast interval and improving status weighting centers and status transition probability matrices in pre-calculation, the proposed method can improve the future status forecast accuracy. An experiment on actual traffic flow has shown that, the proposed method improves forecast accuracy and has stronger adaptability.

Abstract:Fractal image coding is an novel and an developed potential image compression technique based on the local self-similarities within real world images. However, the baseline fractal image coding is time consuming due to the best matching search between range blocks and numerous domain blocks. In order to reduce encoding times, the paper proposed an improved scheme for fractal image coding based on pixel sampling. The improved scheme not only does not need any complex theoretical analysis, but also does not need to change the existing fractal decoding procedure; thus it can bring in other fast fractal image encoding algorithms in a straightforward manner. Computer simulations on a set of standard images show that match searching time can be reduced substantially and the subject image quality remain unchanged basically, while the PSNR being decreased slightly.

Abstract:This paper presents a vectorization algorithm for multi-cluster and VLIW(very long instruction word) DSP and this algorithm can significantly improve the performance of some compute-intensive programs which are widely used in DSP field. Via pre-handling the chain of the instruction and synthesizing the special instruction if needed, at last the algorithm synthesizing the vectorized instruction which the DSP provided. The experimental result shows this vectorization algorithm achieves 6.60 times performance improvement on average.

Abstract:Inventory can help the enterprises operate regularly, but it will results more inventory costs and take up a massive influx of funding. So it is necessary to find a balance between inventory holdings and inventory costs. This paper use AnyLogic to build a simulation and optimization of inventory system based on single inventory point. It simulates a process including suppliers, purchasing departments, customers and information flows. At last, we use continuous review model to make simulation and optimization, and obtain optimal strategy which can achieve lowest cost.

Abstract:In order to release the burden of large matrix multiplication on a single node, a distributed matrix multiplication algorithm based on Hadoop is proposed. The algorithm uses the input file with binary format, applys optimal split, removes the unnecessary Reduce phase. The algorithm can greatly reduce the amount of input data, has simple algorithm flow and good scalability. Experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm greatly reduces the computation of matrix multiplication and achieves good speedup when the amount of input data is around the optimum loading of the cluster.

Abstract:In the Web2.0 era, more sites are using dynamic scripting approach and user interaction, a large number of client-side scripting applications, resulting in a code of adaptability, maintainability, scalability is poor, and not compatible with all major browsers, jump between pages still more, resource loading has no rules and other issues affecting the application performance and user experience. Presents a flexible framework model FWF, constructed accord AJAX + MVC pattern framework model that defines the component model, and through a policy driven and event adapter mechanism solves the problem of software adaptation. package UI components in object-oriented pattern, the implementation of model (Model), view (View) and control (Controller) are layered rationally, and through the built-in resource loading rules, shorten resource loading time, thereby enhancing the user application experience through OSGI framework's module extension mechanism to achieve a scalable Web components. Abstract:Pervasive computing is considered as one of internationally recognized mainstreams of future computing. Trust-based Dynamic fuzzy access control model TDFACM in pervasive computing was put forward according to its security problem. This model combined traditional access control model with the theory of interval-vlaued fuzzy computing. Authorized decision will be made in accordance to the trust evaluation to the subject and the way of authorized fuzzy interference will be given as well. Abstract:A GPU multi-video decoding implementation based on VDPAU is presented to solve multi-video display problem. VdpDevice and VdpDecoder is integrated, and the FFmpeg video is decoded with GPU parallel processing. The experimental results show that the CPU utilization is greatly reduced and the multi-video decoding processing scheme based on VDPAU can greatly improve the ability of video decoding.

Abstract:In the current, Multi-core CPU has become the general configuration of the PC. In order to give full play to the performance of the PC and improve the running speed of application software, how to parallel computing on the multi-core CPU is studied in this paper. The research is applied into the calculation of shallow water flow velocity measurement model with virtual boundary condition. The test result showed that the running speed on dual-core CPU and on quad-core CPU is 1.4 times and 2.3 times faster than that on the single-core CPU, which indicates the more the number of cores, the greater the multiplies.

Abstract:In Linux system the Input sub-system is character driven system. Now android, X-windows, Qt, and many other applications in Linux system for input devices such as keyboard, mouse, touch screen support all through, or more and more inclined to standard Input subsystem. Based on current conditions, this article first from Input_dev layer, Input Core layer and the Event Handler layer introduced the implementation of Input sub-system framework, and then achieve it through the Input sub-system for 4x4 matrix keypad and the user in the application layer use the interface function provided by Input sub-system to operate the buttons in order to view the specific states and values of keys. The results shows that the keypad driver in Input sub-system are more stable and have a high efficiency and so it has a good common use.

Abstract:This paper introduces a master-slave control system of hydraulic driven live working robot. Start with a brief description of the whole system, and adopt hydraulic drive way. Then put forward the idea that divide the live working robot control system into master control system and slave control system, the two sub-control systems adopt microprocessor TMS320 F2812.Finally, study the algorithm of the control system and propose a closed-loop control scheme depending on the fuzzy PID. Then make simulation of the control system by matlab, and the results prove that this is a valuable control scheme.

The traditional way of processing statements is fixed in each business system, and the style is single. In reality, statements need to be present in a variety of different styles, and can respond to changing data request. In order to satisfy the demand of business system, we put the production process of statements out which formats the Statement Management System. Statement Management System is provided to the systems as the service. As long as the systems in accordance with the provisions request data, Statement Management System will be in accordance with the requirements of output statements. Statement Management System can not only support single system, also support multiple systems concurrently. Abstract:Web applications in China are growing rapidly in recent years. However many web applications in China require the exlusive use of IE browser. Conformance to W3C standards ensures cross-browser portability of web applications. In this paper, a model-based automatic refactoring method for standardization of web applications is proposed, which employs the characteristics of web applications from the perspective of legacy systems. As an example, a cross-browser access to the original IE-only on-line banking for Bank of China is shown, which demonstrates that the proposed method can handle the existing problems of the standardization of web applications effectively.

Abstract:This paper proposes a new data mining model of energy consumption for regional industry, which is used? to solve the problem that there is no effective method on data analysis in regional energy monitor. First, it analyses the characteristics of regional energy consumption in different industries in k-means, clusters a single industry and finds out the high, middle, low energy consumption industrial enterprises. Then, multidimensional association rules are used to find the correlation of processes, equipments and energy efficiency to guide the energy conservation in regional energy monitor. The algorithm has been improved on the basis of apriori algorithm to find the frequent predicate set of specific product's processes and equipment. The analysis of the example shows the model is effective and feasible which provides a new way for energy saving of regional industry.

Abstract:In this paper, an intelligent node for the industrial wireless measurement and control network is designed and developed based on the technology of embedded system and Wireless LAN. As the wireless network expansion for traditional industrial equipments, the node obtains the data form equipments through the RS232, RS485, or CAN bus interface, and send it to PLC or computer controller. Abstract:Map is the entry of GIS, it is the prime consideration that how to show map quickly. Rapid map display mainly relates map data organization and map display technology. Presently, most of business map software represented by google map use map tile to organize map data, it is thought to be fast and useful. Using foregoing methods to organize map data and using tile concurrency control and tile double buffer technology, this paper is mainly about the tile map display technologies of mobile GIS and the purpose is to provide a method for showing tile map quickly. With the development of Internet, more and more applications are extended to the Internet, but the application relates to the 3D is not enough, in recent years, the development of many new technologies for 3D technology based on Web has injected new vitality. This paper mainly studies Web3D Technology based on the Adobe Flash platform. First introduces the work principle of Flash3D, then describes some 3D engine, finally, based on a 3D engine, the paper researched a series of key technologies to create a 3D scene, and realize a demo example.
