Abstract:In order to meet the demand of high density Maritime Tracking and Control mission, this paper studies the system, which can realize the speedy deployment management and release of the distributed software. It expounds the system architecture, the main function modules of the client agent software and server deployment release software, along with the system consistency. System safety mechanism and system state recovery are also discussed.
Abstract:Cloud computing is transforming from concept to reality and its wide application is just around the corner. In this paper, we will take web group application as the subject and explore ways to apply cloud computing method into supporting government and enterprise's websites, and we seek to build a Web technology-supporting environment in two aspects so as to meet the requirements of web group application. Firstly, we will build a cloud computing platform via the model of PaaS (Platform as a Service). And we will build web content management software via the model of SaaS (Software as a Service). Secondly, we use public and private cloud environments, protect information security of the web group. In this way, it can maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the enterprise network information communication needs more conveniently and with more flexibility.

Abstract:With the unceasing thorough of the enterprise information processed, the information system became more and more, the difficulty in the seamless integration and maintenance between the SAP system and other information systems was bigger, the traditional peer-to-peer spider web's integration method could no longer meet the growing demand, and the XI technology provided a brand-new integration environment. The paper researched the framework and connectivity technology of XI, and with the application background of SAP and equipment management system (EAM) integration, put forward an integration plan based on XI technology. It obtained the stable result in the project implementation, and provided new reference to the enterprise information plan.

Abstract:In view of the shortages of some dynamic forensics model at present, this paper designs a dynamic forensics system in distributed network forensics model based on Windows platform, which can realize obtaining evidence on the computers that plays a dual role on the network as crime goals and crime tools, and have the characteristic of real-time accessing various data sources, forensics process secretive, forensic analysis algorithm extensible etc. This paper introduces the designing of each function module in the dynamic forensics system at first. Second, it lays out the key technology that appears in the design process of the system. Finally, simulation test indicates that the system can realize dynamic forensics in Windows network.

Abstract:As the many components of custom-made in Crane designing, we often adopt the personalized design method according to the orders and the method can cause the longer design cycle and more design error problems. For that reason, we propose a rapid designing system and architecture, adopting database to save the knowledge of design and selecting components smartly, founding model by the 3D software Solidworks, and drived by Visual Basic. Practice has proved that this system makes the design fast and accuracy, increasing to design requirement greatly.

This system can play most of the existing audio and video files. This paper designs an embedded game, and brings much entertaining to the system. It uses touch screen as man-machine interactive platform, bringing much convenience. Qt4 is used to design applications and friendly interactive interface which supports for Chinese display, beautiful, easy to handle, run smoothly. Considering the software system's storage space and expansibility, it has a broad market prospect to choose modular design in the whole system.
Abstract:The design of the multi-UAVS and formation simulation system is proposed for realizing the flight simulation of multi-UAVS formation. Based on the research of system requirements, the overall system and structure frame are designed. Following the technique frame of HLA(high level architecture), Using visual modeling tool-Multigen Creator, visual simulation software-Multigen Vega Prime and HLA simulation support plat-RTI, A multi-UAVS formation flying simulation system based on HLA/RTI is designed. RTI is communications support layer, Establish a real-time communication of multi-machine flight simulation system, Receive orders form managers and store the flight results in real time, simulation people can be analyzed the results to improve the flight effect.

Abstract:By using remote sensing, geographic information systems and global positioning technologies, this paper discussed the system functions, architecture design, data organization, system implementation and other key issues of the integrated information management system for modern tobacco agriculture which based on service-oriented architecture and ArcGIS Server platform. This system collects land use and planning information on tobacco cultivation, extracts and digitalizes these information, such as land use, tobacco field distribution, water facilities, barn distribution. This system can be applied to tobacco field crop rotation management, dynamic monitoring of tobacco fields, tobacco leaf-based facilities management, to achieve scientific, comprehensive and efficient tobacco cultivation management, and to increase production, income, and efficiency.
Abstract:This paper puts forward a method based on the characteristics of tabular layouts of article characteristics deaerator parameter design. This method as database and model base for support, then to realize the deaerator's intelligent parametric design. Tabular layouts of article characteristics is to describe the characteristics of table the deaerator's overall, parts, designs and so on, then plus the enterprise standard to form inference engine, use VB6.0 to make inference engine as a user's operated computer object to realize the function from parameter calculation to the structure design, process design, finally create and integrate the 2D CAD drawings.
Abstract:Data security and informationization reliability systems are the primary problems in the construction of hospital informationization. The article analyzes three cluster technical principles of Windows operating system in details. Combined with the status and needs of Center Hospital's informationization in Yongzhou city, it proposes a program suitable for informationization in medium and large hospitals. Through simulation experiments and actual use testification in Central Hospital, this program can be a good solution to solve data security andapplication reliability, with promotion prospects.
Abstract:The objective assessment algorithm Structural Similarity(SSIM) of image quality was not consistent with the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) in particular types of distoration, such as seriously blurred type, etc. In this paper, three models Edeg-based SSIM, HVS-based SSIM, and IW-SSIM which had considered the characteristics both of HVS and structural information were compared in evaluating the seriously Gaussian blurred images. The experimental datas showed that, the IW-SSIM's monotony perfomance was more stable than other models in the relationship between the subjective and objective values, as well as the growing accuracy of the ESSIM and HSSIM. These experimental results are benefit for improvingt the SSIM approach.

Abstract:The paper designs the closed-loop control system for automotive electronic throttle valve opening which is based on LabVIEW 2010 platform. System uses NI high-speed M-Series USB-6251 data acquisition board to collect feedback voltage signal from the throttle position sensor and then outputs two complementary PWM signals to control DC motor which is in throttle body. System chooses PID control algorithm with integral separation, that is to say, when the throttle valve opening change is small,system uses PID algorithm, otherwise uses PD algorithm. Experiments show that system has the advantages of simple programming, convenient human-computer interaction, short development cycles and good closed-loop control, so this research has practical value in real life.

Abstract:The self-tuning PID controller was designed based on set theory of fuzzy control. It can attain on-line tuning of the control parameters and realize the optimal control by measuring control error and error varying and fuzzy-reasoning. Simulation study was made with the toolboxes of Simulink and fuzzy inside MATLAB, the simulation results show that the fuzzy control system can improve the dynamic and static performance and improve the robustness of the system compared with the routine PID.

Abstract:Uncertainty of the robot arm for the trajectory tracking problem, combined with sliding mode and TS fuzzy model has the advantage, given TS fuzzy model based on variable structure tracking methods. First, the use of TS modeling, to be arm's fuzzy model; and then design a robot arm to ensure global asymptotic stability of sliding mode controller. Simulation results show that the design of the fuzzy variable structure controller with an ordinary variable structure controllers, enable robotic arm in terms of computing time, the error on has a greater advantage and more robust.

Abstract:Traditional path planning and obstacle avoidance of discontinuities often exist. This paper presents a new obstacle avoidance path planning for a smooth approach-genetic algorithms and B-spline curve. First of all, first through the collision detection, can detect obstacles in the path ahead, then the genetic algorithm combined with B-spline curve and then map out a smooth obstacle avoidance path. The algorithm can avoid skidding caused by movement and target location error, solve the robot in a static environment, global, local path planning and path planning problem of discontinuity exists. Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
Abstract:This paper proposes an assembly sequence evaluation method based on the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) which can evaluate the product assembly quality by calculating the index weights. Then we give a new method based on the BP Neural Network to check and amend the compatibility of the contrast matrix. Using this method, the evaluation efficiency is heightened .The theory is validated by an example of vehicle system.

The software accomplishes sampling interference video through PCI high-speed capacity of data sampling and transmitting, and exerts the digital image algorithms to identify and locate the fringes. The software combines with many algorithms in various stages, achieves better effect. It could overcome many disadvantages which survive in manual watching and measuring interference fringes in optical experiments, and could trace moving fringes in real time and auto-count the fringes,could facilitate students to accomplish experiments that measure some physicalquantities by the laser interference fringes.

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of increasingly sophisticated emerging technologies, three-dimensional modeling and virtual reality have become gradually mature and emerging technologies, Internet-based virtual reality technology has also increasingly become a new field of computer graphics. There are many classes of three-dimensional modeling software and different software features are also distinctive. To make model quickly and implement an interactive virtual environment network, we can use 3DSMAX's visual three-dimensional modeling capabilities and VRML three-dimensional virtual reality network programming language which can construct virtual scene and to achieve the user interaction with the virtual scene. This article describes the VRML language 3DSMAX and related technical characteristics, and through examples using VRML language 3DSMAX and quick way of virtual interaction. Based on the complementary research of VRML and 3DMAX model, we resolved quickly model and browsing Web virtual scene.

Abstract:Aiming at high-dimensional multimodal optimization problems, traditional evolutionary algorithms have shortcomings, such as low convergence speed and solution precision. A global optimization algorithm based on Memetic algorithm using global search strategy and local search strategy is proposed to resolve the high-dimensional problem. The global search strategy is a multi-model parallel differential evolution. An improved Simulate Anneal Arithmetic is used for local search strategy. The improved Memetic algorithm inherits advantages of the differential evolution algorithm to discover the global optimal solution and overcomes the deficiencies of the differential evolution algorithm. Finally, four benchmark functions are used to test this algorithm. Experimental result illustrates that it has some advantages in convergence velocity, solution precision, and stabilization.
Abstract:Most byzantine fault-tolerant protocol distributed storage protocol use replication,but if the block is very huge,replication requires network width and many spaces, so its efficiency is low. Employing erasure coding makes the data block coded into fragments of the same length, then store the according fragment on corresponding node. This can save spaces and network width. Byzantine fault-tolerant erasure coded distributed storage usually requires much overhead, extra servers and versioned storage for the consistency of the data fragments. The paper optimizes for the common cases, employs novel mechanism and introduces homomorphic fingerprints. The protocol reaches the real overhead, because it requires minimal servers, least extra computation and minimal communication rounds. Furthermore, it can make timestamp no-skipping

Abstract:This text makes a formal description for Course Timetabling Problem, and proposed a hybrid heuristic algorithm for course timetabling problem by combining simulated annealing with iterative local search algorithm. First, we generate an initial feasible solution based on graph coloring algorithm, and then apply the simulated annealing algorithm to find the optimal solution. In the process of annealing algorithm, we use two neighborhoods iteratively in order to escape from local optimum to search the global optimum. Computational results show that it signicantly improves the quality of solution.
Abstract:The paper analyzes the detail advantages and disadvantages of LEACH algorithm. A RDCR algorithm is proposed based on LEACH algorithm. It involves the heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks, i.e. different nodes play different roles and different nodes have different data transfer rates. In the choice of cluster head node, the novel algorithm considers the different data transfer rates among different nodes. Compared with LEACH algorithm, RDCR algorithm adjust the threshold of node to be cluster head. It reduces the probability and frequency of high rate nodes to be cluster head, which lengthen life of high rate nodes. According to MATLAB software, simulation results show that RDCR algorithm can lengthen longer life of high rate node and better the stability of the entire network than LEACH.

Abstract:Wireless sensor network energy consumption balancing strategy exist the problem of the energy size. In the circular network model, by comparing the number of different sub-ring the size of the total energy consumption in the context of energy balance, this paper can obtain the number of network's sub-circular on the Minimum energy consumption. Algorithm can also clearly calculate the optimal number of cluster head for the network required. Experimental data show that this strategy can minimize the node energy consumption.
Abstract:Traditional clustering analysis is unsupervised. Its precision is affected by similarity measures and outlier in the dataset and the algorithm don't take advantage of prior knowledge which can reflect the demands of users, therefore this article proposes the outlier detection and semi-supervised clustering algorithm which based on shared nearest neighbors. The algorithm according to the number of the nearest neighbors of the data in the dataset to detect the outliers in data dataset, then deal with the dataset which be operated by detecting the outliers by using semi-clustering. And during the clustering process, it adds some prior knowledge which was expanded and cluster the dataset based on the principle of graph segmentation. And the article uses some UCI datasets to make simulation experiments. The results show that the algorithm can detect the outliers effectively, and have good performance of the clustering effect.

Abstract:This paper discusses the visual servoing tracking problem of nonholonomic mobile robots. The neutral network control approach is used to design a tracking controller for nonholonomic mobile robots with uncalibrated visual parameters. Combining BP neutral network with PID controller is used to manipulate mobile robots firstly. The complex deduce of common tracking controllers is simplified and tracking control problem with uncalibrated virual parameters is solved. The simulation results show that the method is effective.

Abstract:Starting from the topology of network, based on structural P2P, this paper proposed a hierarchy of publish - subscribe system. The nodes were separated into super nodes and common nodes according to their ability, and those super nodes were organized in Hypercube structure. According to the broadcasting algorithm of the Hypercube, it realized the traverse in the whole network. The result of the simulation indicated that the system load could be well balanced and bandwidth could be saved in this system.

Abstract:In order to graphically display GPS water vapor data to the user, after introducing inversion of GPS water vapor principle in the brief and reviewing Surfer applications in drawing contours, this paper imported surfer to the application of GPS water vapor data in the background of Fujian GPS water vapor monitoring system. Through designing GPS water vapor contour production system displayed the process of drawing GPS water vapor contour automatically by C# called Surfer. The results indicate that the contour produced by the system can effectively reflect the distribution of water vapor content and changes over Fujian and provide a reference to the related weather forecasting.
Abstract:The monitoring management for the staff-working is so difficult and important in the frontline employees management of Changzhou municipal tobacco monopoly bureau(corporation) because their work is of great mobility, the tasks being flexible and the work achievements being hard to measure directly. GIS grid has the advantage of the rich show, intelligent, real-time, reliability and good effect, which contribute to the monitoring management. It is necessary to monitor the frontline mobile service based on GIS grid technology. Then the function of the mobile service monitoring system is described, the overall system design is made, and the algorithm of GIS simple grid is proposed as well. Finally, the core subsystems such as the real-time monitoring, grid service analysis and grid performance analysis are designed in detail.

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism of Debris Flow is summarized. The existing methods for Debris Flow monitoring are analyzed and evaluated. A method is presented for monitoring the key factors of Debris Flow based on wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The construction of nodes of WSN, as well as deployment of nodes and energy efficient protocol is introduced as well. WSNs does not only provide the data source for the mechanism exploration of Debris Flow, but also can be established as an infrastructure for Debris Flow forecasting and early warning. Application of WSNs in key factors surveying is conducive to reduction of loss caused by Debris Flow.
Abstract:In order to balance local and global search ability of particle swarm optimization algorithm, a particle swarm optimization algorithm with multi-adaptive strategies (MAS-PSO) has been proposed. In the process of particle evolution, the algorithm adopted adaptive velocity setting strategies which were based on the evolution degree of particles and local opening chaotic search. The MAS-PSO is applied to BP neural network training of analog circuit fault diagnosis, and it solved effectively the problems of slow network convergence rate in conventional BP algorithm and easily falling into partial minimum. The simulation results show it works with quicker convergence rate and higher forecast precision.

Abstract:A method for demosaics is proposed, and it is able to improve the quality of images which are taken from low-resolution devices. The method is mainly based on classical algorithms for edge detection and filtering, and the mosaics are removed following particular geometric features as well as probability ideas. The implementation of this method leads to significant enhancement. Further works will aim to improve the efficiency through parallel computation, concerning the reduction of resource consuming.

Abstract:Medical image enhancement is an important section during the medical image processing. Through analysising shortcomings of ROF(Rudin, Osher and Fatemi) model and Wavelet de-noising, first, we decomposed the image into three parts which are structure, details as well as noise, and kept the structure afterwards. Next, by considering on the non-Gaussian character of the wavelet coefficients, we applied Wavelet de-noising to the details as well as noise part. Then we obtained the details. Finally, we plused the structure and the details. According to the result, the higher PSNR and higher EPI have witnessed the better performance of the algorithm.
Abstract:Capacitor is the necessary component of electronic whole products. Because of manufacturing technology and the limit of equipment's level, the thief is a common capacitor cosmetic defects. This paper puts forward a regional segmentation algorithm of the thief capacitor based on the k-means clustering algorithm and combining the characteristics of the image of the thief capacitor. According to the research results of Ohta, et al, the first component of color feature is chosen and used as the image segmentation by employing the K-means clustering method. This paper defines the number of classification is two, and gives the algorithm of initial clustering center and spacing threshold according to rough set theory. Experimental results show that this image segmentation algorithm can effectively segment the thief area of the capacitor image, and have good precision and accuracy.

Abstract:The crucial factors of blood pressure measurement based on oscillography are the extraction of pulse waves and the determination algorithm. So this paper improved the nonlinear filter based on morphology, to extract pulse waves successfully. We combined wave characteristics and sphygmo-oscillographic method, realizing the determination algorithm of blood pressure. Experiments prove this algorithm effectively improved the measurement accuracy and repeatability than normalization coefficient method.
Abstract:At present, logistics distribution is the new trends of logistics, in logistics distribution, the distribution path planning is the main reason for the customer satisfaction and the total Operating costs. Using the ant colony optimization algorithm, we realize the optimization process of VRP problem for logistics distribution, the algorithm can find the best vehicle numbers and the relation path in a short time. By testing the algorithm, we find that the Convergence of the algorithm is good, when it reaches the high level of the service, the cost logistics distribution can reduce quickly.

Abstract:This paper presents a method to study and realize the adaptive PID controller based on the new environment FieldBus networked control. The optimization response of important frequency is estimated by the history date analysis. Then, the adaptive PID controller is designed to realize stable, safe and optimization work in present situation at the circumstance of DeviceNet.
Abstract:Combining the illumination preprocessing algorithm based on Retinex theory with two common preprocessing algorithms, which are the histogram equalization and the gamma-gray-transformation, will result in two new illumination preprocessing algorithms. According to experimental findings, the resulting algorithms significantly improve side-lighting correction. This improvement can considerably increase face detection rate under complex photo environment. At the same time, as the new methods are based on two simple preprocessing algorithms, the preprocessing efficiency is ensured.

Abstract:The emergence of the cloud computing has resolved the difficult of storing the abundant data and analysing data processing effectively. Based on the Hadoop open-source implementation, the cloud computing clusters distributable systems. Meanwhile, the usage of MapReduce parallel programming model has implemented a modified distribution on TFIDF Naive Bayes text classification algorithm. The experimental results show that improved TFIDF has chosen this unique method. The Distributed Hadoop framework has based on Bayes text which classifies automatically. This new achievement can not only handle the failure of nodes, but also possess high reliability and much more scalable advantages.

Abstract:This paper researched the PageRank algorithm based on the existing link structure and proposed a modified PageRank algorithm, combining the analysis of webpage analysis and Web content analysis. The relevance and authority algorithm demands are met by analyzing the similarity of the contents of Web pages and the link structure respectively, and experiments show that the improved PageRank algorithm is superior to the traditional approach in terms of ordering results.
Abstract:The question of substantial data paging display is ofen occurred in Web system. Traditional paging technique causes the user wating long in extracting data. The Web system is been developed in Ajax technology and PHP when it realizes substantial data paging display. It doesn't need to reload the whole page. It needs to update the part data. It reduces the user's wating time, and increases query efficiency. The implementing question of will be discussed dynamic data paging display through a example.
Abstract:Localization of nodes is an important application of wireless sensor network. In order to suppress effectively the effects of RSSI error to WSN node localization precision. In this paper, RSSI-based distance estimated model was studied and analyzed, and provide a parameter calibration method based on the least square algorithm. The method uses least square method to amend the data to dispel the influence caused by all kinds of molestation. Thus the positioning accuracy of entire network can be improved. Simulation results show that the proposed calibration method performs well in distance estimate accuracy.

Abstract:The existing web prevent tampering and automatic recovery technology mainly have three at present: time polling technology, event trigger technology + core embedded technology, file filtering technology + event trigger technology. All the three ways monitor the target file when the target file is tampered, it will return to the original condition from backup files in the file, but the backup files weren't protected, if the backup files were destroyed, the web pages won't be returned to its original condition. So in file filtering + event trigger technology foundation, this paper studies how to use MD5 calibration, DES encryption, file renaming, three ways to protect the safety of backup files.
Abstract:With the rapid development of network bandwidth, regular expression matching is becoming the performance bottleneck of networking data processing system. For the purpose of achieving higher matching speed, regular expression matching engine based on FPGA has become one of the recent hot fields. And it is the critical technology how to efficiently transfer regular expression to hardware description language. In this paper, we first analyze the algorithm of converting regular expression to hardware circuit, and then implement a compiler based on this algorithm. Finally we simulate the circuit on the Modelsim platform. The results proved the accuracy of the compiler.

Abstract:The initial part of a Chinese syllable is usually known as carrying less energy and more frequency components in a scattered way while the final part carrying much more energy as well as less frequency components which are focused in a lower frequency range when compared with each other. By employing time-frequency analysis, these differences were represented with corresponding atoms' characteristics in time-frequency plane. With the genetic algorithm be introduced to reduce the matching pursuit computing load for searching best atoms, a new segment method based on Gabor atomic parameters was implemented. Simulation on 115 syllables has achieved an accuracy of 80.87%.

Abstract:The fusion technology is remote sensing data processing an important method. The TM multi-spectral and panchromatic SPOT images are the most popular choice of remote sensing. Comparative analysis of different methods for integration of TM multi-spectral and panchromatic SPOT image with the effect of the proposed change based on HSV color space, technology Brovey arithmetic transform and Gram-Schmidt spectral sharpening three fusion combined to achieve the same panchromatic and multi-spectral sensor data fusion. The assessment of experimental results indicates that: the amount of information in terms of space, after HSV transform the image with the largest spatial information, but its spectral fidelity have the least capacity; Brovey transform the original image to maintain the maximum spectral information, while the lower level of detail of spatial information; Gram-Schmidt spectral sharpening the image after the multi-spectral image not only maintain the spectral information, while maintaining a high spectral panchromatic image spatial detail information, is a better image fusion method.

You can use different protocols across the network to work by adding a variety of resource adapter. There are some problems such as long test period and low testing efficiency during the test in value-added services. In this paper, the corresponding solutions are referred, and it gives the specific design and implementation of multi-protocol simulation test platform.

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of particle swarm optimization, a random particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed on the basis of analyzing the search process of quantum particle swarm optimization lgorithm. The proposed algorithm has only a parameter, and its search step length is controlled by a random variable value. In this model, the target position can be accurately tracked by the reasonable design of the control parameter. The experimental results of standard test function extreme optimization and clustering optimization show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the quantum particle swarm optimization and the common particle swarm optimization algorithm in optimization ability and optimization efficiency.

Abstract:MapReduce is a distributed parallelized programming model. It can implement the processing and generating large data sets. Lucene is a Search Engine API under Apache. When the index file growing, the Lucene Search performance is a bottleneck. Based on the MapReduce, this system maps the parallelized search request to the cluster server for Mapping operation. It is mapped by dividing the index file by city strategy. And then the Map Function get the search results with the lucene. The results will be returned to the user by Reduce Function. According to the experimental results, this design does not only resolve the paralleized search bottleneck, but also improves the performance by 66.7%.

By analyzing this shortcoming and handover process, this paper introduces a simple and a feasible handover algorithm that can reduce time delay, fulfill the quality of service and improve the probability of success. The Analysis shows that algorithm can guarantee MS's mobility as well as network quality of service.
Abstract:According to an example of corporation, this paper explaines the importance of BPR during the construction of Bidding Informatization in large enterprises, and guides the construction of Bidding Informatization from the perspectives on rebuilding organization, institution and process based on BPR theory. This paper also discusses about the implementation of Bidding Informatization combined with BPR in order to achieve the effective improvement of bidding management.
