Abstract:This paper mainly expounds the background of national credit management information platform for food industry enterprises, analyzing the feasibility and prospective to build this national information platform based on the internet of things. It is the binding and collision between a new business field and a technological application. In the meantime, the main business content of the national information platform and the design structure of internet of things should be included in this article, it has obvious benefit to run the business logic on the Internet of thing structure. At the critical period of the national credit management system construction and the internet of things development, the combination promotes the development of the related areas.

Abstract:We designed an online petition system based on E-government information technology that provide with multi channels to received the letters. The public can complete the submission and query letters quikly and conveniently in a popular way like e-mail petitions, phone petitions, SMS petitions, video petitions. The system for the departments is specification of the business processes. Information network structures speed up the business information transfer between departments and also between departments and the petitioner.
Abstract:To solve the problem that the present of large group performance is usually inconsistent with the expected, we used large-scale crowed simulation technology to simulate performances of actors, and used level of detail rendering, image-based rendering, pre-rendering lighting, and geometry instancing to make an efficient rendering of the performance. As an application we implemented a digital performance simulation system which was developed based on Virtools. The system simulated the whole process large group performance, and the results of creativity could be intuitive understood by creative designer in the initial time. Experimental results show that the digital performance simulation system could provide convenience for creative designer to make creativity scheduling and preview, effects of creativity, and it makes the arts creativity be showed perfectly in large group performance possible.

Abstract:A traveling track based traffic survey approach and its data processing method under urban road network is proposed. Taking plate number as the only identity, complete travel tracks of vehicles are obtained through statistical analysis of plate number from the whole network, thus amount of detailed and useful travel information of vehicles and rich, authentic and reliable of traffic status information of network can be generated. To ensure the whole process of traveling track survey controllable, manageable,queryable and visible, a traveling track survey analysis system is arcitected based on ArcGIS platform. Finally, an example of traffic survey for Xi'an QuJiang new district has shown the efficiency, accuracy and scientificity of the methodology and analysis system of travelling track survey approach.

Abstract:To realize the video transmission in a remote monitoring system, a new video transmission solution was designed. The JRTPLIB and H.264 video structure were analyzed in detail, and the video packet method was also discussed in depth. Finally, to overcome the disadvantages brought by unstability and congestion of network, a new method for flow control was put forward. The test results show the system works well with the feature of real-time, good stability and low packet loss.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of controlled object, kalman filter and parameter self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm are combined together. In controlling interference and measurement noise in harsh environments, the implementation of the PID parameters on-line adjustments, and basic elimination of interference and noise. Compared with traditional PID and Fuzzy-PID control with MATLAB programming simulation, this method has adaptability to the system which has the characteristic of time variation, uncertainty and non-linearity. The system to control interference and measurement noise has a good inhibitory effect.

Abstract:This paper extends the nonlinear partial differential method in the field of the remote sensing image to magnification the scope of application, and research the post-processing on the remote sensing TM image magnifying using nearest neighbor interpolation, bilinear interpolation, cubic spline interpolation, cubic interpolation, biquad interpolation. For the reason that enlarge image causes jagging and fuzzying using interpolate algorithm, we address the model of color self-snake which has not only the function of sharpening edge and eliminating jagged edges but also the function of the direction of diffusion, that is to say the ability of denoising. In addition, the residual spots generated by post-processing was put on median filtering method then achieved better magnifying result, also for the remote sensing images which contain noise. Experiment shows the method is suitable for amplification about remote sensing image processing.

Abstract:Create application from reusable components or modules is an important technique in software engineering. In application integration area, current work mainly focuses on data and business logic level, the research on presentation level integration is insufficient. Because presentation level integration which covers all of the data, business and user interface, it can reduce development cost further more. This paper points out the weakness of current presentation level integration technology and proposes a new presentation integration oriented component model which supports hierarchy and declarative composition. It also designs a DSL named PIDL to describe components and its composition.
Abstract:Load balancing problem is an important issue in nowadays structured P2P networks due to the heterogeneous capacity of each node. This paper presents a new overlay network based on Treap which takes the load of each node as the priority of Treap node to stabilize network topology. This overlay network provides the interface for load balancing by implementing the load information gathering procedure. It is proved to be effective according to the simulation result.
Abstract:The increasing requirements on cloud computing entail building up large-scale data centers. How to operate data center in an efficient way is an urgent problem to be solved. Traditional virtual resource allocation strategies didn't take into full consideration how to decrease energy consumption of data center and the time complexity of strategy formation. This paper proposes an energy efficiency virtual resource allocation strategy( EEVRAS) by modeling virtual resource allocation problem as a problem of path construction, improving elitist strategy for ant system(EAS) to optimize resource allocation scheme. Strategy has a lower time complexity. Simulation results illustrate that compared with traditional virtual resource allocation strategy, with the limit of server performance index, EEVRAS can use fewer severs to construct virtual cluster, thus efficiently decreasing the energy consumption of data center.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of Latin-Uighur, this paper analyzed the common spelling error types of Latin-Uighur, and then proposed a method which merged the minimum edit distance, directed graph model based lexical segmentation, trigram language model together. Finally, we implemented the automatically spelling check system of Latin-Uighur based on context. It has increased the accuracy of Latin-Uighur spelling check largely. The experiment on the Uighur corpus provided by Xinjiang University reaches an accuracy of 90.1%.

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the design and performance of SoftPLC Ladder Diagram editing software. Adoppting Qt as the developing tool which applied in multi-operating system, so the system is more opening. Based on in-depth analysis of the ladder diagram's overall structure, the systerm's class hierarchy is designed using object-oriented method, which enhances the efficiency of the software. Applying the storage structure of double layer and double linked list makes the dynamic editing operations more flexible and convenient. The source language converted to instruction list through sequential scanning the ladder diagram makes the process simpler. At last, the experimental results in testing the software show that the design method is accurate and feasible.
Abstract:Aiming to decrease the energy consumption of MAC address in wireless sensor networks, we propose a new MAC address multiplexing compression algorithm. In our proposed algorithm, nodes' addresses are multiplexed using regional grid segmentation, which on a regional basis. An asymmetry MAC address allocation principle allocation using bit flag is also presented, which can weaken the negative effects for irregular distribution of sensor nodes. Theoretic analysis and experimental result shows that our algorithm plays a good performance in the situation that the wireless sensor networks are intensively deployed and the distributions of nodes are irregular.

Software system by the firmware, the signal transceiver module automatically constituted.

Abstract:Changes in lighting are unavoidable and they have a big effect on the way the object looks. It makes a challenge to find a robust local invariant feature descriptor for these uneven illumination images. Most of approaches to feature extraction are based on the premise of that the color image should be converted to grayscale. This paper presents a new approach that it introduces the color independent components based on the Kubelka-Munk model instead of using the gray space to detect the corners. It uses multi-scale Harris corner detection to show the feature of the image, so more details were demonstrated. Experimental results support the potential of the proposed approach.

Abstract:In the process of hot strip production, the control accruracy of the finish rolling temperature is an important indicator which affects quality of the products. As factors which have impact on the final finish rolling temperature are numerous and complicated, it's inaccurate and incomprehensive to analyze by looking at one single factor. With this in mind, a key variable extraction method in the hot rolling process based on importance of attributes is presented. This method, in the perspective of the entire decision-making system, analyzes each affected attributes, filter out the temperature attribute which doesn't affect the finish rolling temperature, determines the importance of each attribute. Based on the requirement of the temperature prediction accuracy and the characteristics of hot rolling process, the system extracts the key features of variables affecting the final finish rolling temperature. The application example demonstrates that this method can effectively extract the key features of variables that affect the final finish rolling temperature.
Abstract:Through color information and face contour information, this paper proposes a new feature extraction method based on color information and face contour. First of all, color regions are segmented by using improved color extraction algorithm, and analyzed in order to find candidate faces. Then edges of these candidate faces are detected, in accordance with edge detection points. They are matched with characteristics of face contour to identify the exact location. Finally, false faces are excluded by using mosaic template. Experimental results show that the algorithm has higher accuracy rate, high detection speed, and can detect faces of a certain point of view.

Abstract:Inertial Navigation System can hardly be used because of its high cost and low accuracy. A new type of autonomous inertial navigation system is designed. It uses DSP as the navigational calculating and controlling processor. The arithmetic of navigational calculating is based on quaternion algorithm so as to determine the object's speed, position and posture. The result indicates that relatively numerical deviation is 10-4%, relatively test deviation is 10-3% and calculation time is 40μs. The weight, cost, volume is reduced in this design. It has wide market application prospect.
Abstract:UBI subsystem is achieving the management of the wear leveling in the UBIFS file system, but the study found that the wear of the existing equilibrium strategy UBI there are significant limitations. This paper propose a new algorithm which is based on the temperature of physical block and the age of the logic block, that is called LTPA (leb temperature peb age) algorithm. The algorithm maps the hot logical block to the young physical block, and the temperature of the cold logical block is mapped to an old physical block. It takes the operating time method to predict the logic block temperature, and using the circular queue to manage the free physical blocks. The simulation algorithm proves the superiority of the LTPA algorithm in wear leveling application.
Abstract:As the current industry standard, BPEL is an orchestration language. The process is under control by centralized engine,will became the bottle neck of System. Give a parse method, partition a BPEL program into several units based on activities associated with services. Classify other activities to these units by recursive algorithm, generating several sub processes. These processes can be executed by several decentralized engines. Make a distributed process execution engine prototype system. Experimental results show the method is effective.

Abstract:This paper established a processing and storage model of a bridge health monitoring system based on data stream sliding window by using the data stream and the sliding window technical. It studied the bridge health monitoring of data processing based on data flow. Bridge health monitoring is a real-time monitoring for the bridge structure and the structural state of the intelligence assessment. It plays an active role for ensuring the sage operation of the bridge, detecting the diseases of the bridge and extending the life of the bridge. The data stream and sliding window technical take real-time processing to data which collected by the sensors, and set the threshold based on the data stream to save on the abnormal data, then according to the abnormal data determine whether alarm. This model greatly reduces the difficulty of data processing, while improving data processing efficiency.

Abstract:The budding rate was one of the standard to reflect the growth of yeast, but currently the analysis of the yeast growth were mainly through technical and statistical manual microscopy, cannot meet the needs of industrial production for accuracy and efficiency are affected. This paper presented a approach of ellipse fitting method based on concave points detection, according the characteristic that Yeast was usually approximate ellipsoid, by fitted ellipse after found concave points, counted the total number and the budding number of the yeast in the image respectively, then determined the rate of budding yeast. Experimental results show that the approach can detect budding yeast detection rate accurately and effectively.
Abstract:Objective: To address how to use computer-digital patterns with the Characteristics of ethnic minorities is a challenging problem. Method: Taking digital design of Xinjiang Folk textile patterns as an example, a solution is proposed in the paper of research on the computer-aided design technology of textile patterns. First, by segmentation patterns, textile pattern element symbols database were picked up and created. Then, using the technology of path decoration implemented folk art patterns design based on PhotoShop, working with Layers, paint preset, selection techniques and combination of lots of schemas. Experimental results: The designing process validation was carried through with typical Uygur carpet or cap. Conclusion: The proposed method is closely keeping the national style of design. It has the nice generalization ability and a promising future in the digital design fields and it is simple and easy in operation and can be widely popularized. So it can lay the foundation for genetic pattern to establish folk design foundation database.

Abstract:In order to further reduce the computation in UMHexagonS algorithm, the paper first detailed studies UMHexagonS algorithm search processing, and studies motion direction prediction, and combines motion direction prediction with square search and unsymmetrical multi-hexagon search in UMHexagonS algorithm, an improved algorithm is proposed. The test and simulation by three different sequences are done. The test results show that the improved UMHexagonS algorithm can significantly decrease search points when the search accuracy and rate are similar.

Abstract:Many business process operations are transactional workflow in LiaoHe River water environmental management system. In the traditional workflow system, concurrency control mainly based on the realization of accessing control on the shared data, using it process the transactional workflow would affect the efficiency of the system when some business process operations sustained for a long time. In this case, these processes hold the shared data for a long time, so other processes must wait. To solve the problem, this paper uses a similar thought of instructions pipelining in the processor to research a method of concurrency control on transactional workflow, and based on it the general design model is given. The workflows are highly scheduled wth the help of concurrency controler and the task manager. In the premise of the correct execution of workflow, the concept of constraint is introduced for the purpose of the concurrency control of transactional workflow, thereby the performance and efficiency of the system has improved.

Abstract:A novel video watermarking algorithm is proposed based on the hologram of the original watermark and optical flow. In the beginning, the key-flame is selected by the local optical flow. Then the hologram is embedded in the median-frequency coefficients in the DCT domain. The position of waterm ark and side information are adopted to retrieve the waterm ark without the original host image, so that the algorithm is secure. Numerical experiments show that the embedded waterm ark is robust to usual video manipulations, such as superposing frame cropping, noise, frame exchanging and MPEG compression and format exchanging.

Abstract:As an important component of the measurement and control system, control system software influences on the running of the measurement and control system directly. A new method to design the measurement and control system software based on Micro-Kernel architecture was proposed. On the basis of message processing, measurement and control task was turned into a type of plug by a unified message interface, the vertical hierarchy of in measurement and control system software development was replaced by hierarchical structure under measurement and control task of HPFS-HRRN controlled by Micro-Kernel unit. The measurement and control system software was designed by virtual instrument. The experiment results show that this system software has the ability of extension, good flexibility, and strong reliability.

Abstract:Contrary to the shortcomings of conventional PID tuning method, Colonial Competitive algorithm was introduced, which belongs to Community-inspired algorithms, quadratic performance index of controlled object is introduced as a criteria of performance of tuned PID controller, a new PID tuning method was proposed. This method can quality converge to the optimal solution in the search space. Simulation results showed that this method could save computer memory, less time consuming and PID initial parameters did not need to set, the optimal solution obtained by CCA was better than other optimal algorithms such as genetic algorithm.
Abstract:The internet's development led to the rapid development on the explosive exponential growth level. To look for useful information, search engines have become one of the most important network tools. This paper presents an improved algorithm that is based on purified webpage and compared with the conventional algorithms. The algorithm combines the advantages of keyword search method and signature (calculated fingerprint) search method for the removal of duplicate pages. The experiments results certify that the algorithm improve the recall and precision.

Abstract:Aiming at the needs of registration for model images in two-dimensional virtual try-on and fashion match presentation in E-Commerce web sites, this paper proposes a model eyes location method based on K-means clustering combined with scanning labeling method. First, gamma correction is taken on the model image, then image segmentation is achieved based on K-means clustering. Followed by image segmentation, edge detection of candidate region is fulfilled. At last, scanning labeling method is used to locate model eyes. Experimental results show the robustness and effectiveness of this mothod.

Abstract:Noise of image does not only reduce the quality of image but also interferes with the validity of correlative processing arithmetic seriously. Therefore, effective and robust methods of removing noise are very important for various signal processing. To improve quality of the actual distance remote control image in the paper, MeanShift algorithm of no parameter estimation is introduced and five methods of removing image noise are compared. Firstly, based on the reasonable assume to be noise model to remove image noise. Kalman filtering is used to remove noise. Then median filtering, mean filtering and Wiener filtering are performed separately. Finally, MeanShift algorithm is applied to remove noise. Experimental results show the five methods which are used in this paper reduce the noise in the night sky image to varying degrees. Moreover MeanShift algorithm in image denoising keeps the detail information and edge character of the image better. Compared with the five traditional filtering methods, MeanShift algorithm shows the advantage in image denoising of the actual night sky image background noise.
Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of the draw plate in Signs Industry and standardize of operational process, this paper proposed a parameterized drawing way and technology. The method combined ObjectARX2008 and C# in Visual Studio 2008 to proceed customised AutoCAD. Elaborated in detail the structure of the design and parameterization cartography system, the design as well as the process of the parameterization cartography using the design result. In the process of drawing, the computer will automatically generate the Centrifugal scale plate when the drawing person input the required parameters. Real applications show that the proposed method can greatly enhance the working efficiency. This system extends the scope of AutoCAD secondary development.

Abstract:In order to realize the interact function of dynamic data in an embedded webserver, this paper analyzes the dynamic web page creation after presenting the characteristics of GoAhead webserver. Then the methods of daynamic data creation and function setting using Ejscript and GoForm are introduced. Besides, an example is discussed to explain the development steps of GoAhead webserver and the implementation process of dynamic data and form handling, also in the example, dynamic data interaction is realized effectively on B/S architecture combined with javascript flexibly.

Abstract:The adoption of hierarchial teaching mode brings a new challege to course scheduling and course elective. In this paper, an algorithm for automatic grouping of hierarchical teaching based on PBIL is proposed. The design of gene structure and the relationships between the optimal function and automatic grouping class constraint is emphasized. Experimental tests on real data show that the proposed algorithm of automatic grouping class can successfully solve the course scheduling problem in the hierarchical teaching mode. The practical application of it has good results.

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the artificial neural network and fuzzy theory, analyses the structure of neural network fuzzy control. And it also designs a model of spare parts storehouse location based on the neural fuzzy algorithm. Through the simulation of Matlab tool, it realizes the scientific predictions of the spare parts storehouse location. In the experiment, it is shown that the neural fuzzy method is an innovative application of a prediction for the spare parts storehouse location, which enjoys an excellent capacity of generalization of scientific location in the military area.
Abstract:This paper indroduces the design and realization of a signal transmitter based on FPGA. The sensor signal will be amplified at first, then output to the AD7264. After sampling and processing by FPGA, the data are transmitted by CAN interface or Ethernet interface, or converted into the standard current and voltage output by the AD5422. The article introduces the design and implementation of the system and particularly explains every functional modulethe of the hardware part, detailed schematic diagram and electric circuit's details.

Abstract:The MyM package is used to define, visualize and run mathematical models of dynamic systems. Without the help of a programmer, users just have to write down the mathematical equations and they can build a graphical user interface themselves by just drawing graphs and charts on a canvas. This article introduces the MyM Language and the MyM tools. An example is given to describe how to construct and dynamically visualize the mathematical model. Finally, it shows the architecture and functional characteristics of the MyM. The application of the software is discussed.
Abstract:The classification of concept-drifting data streams with complex category structures has recently becomes one of the most popular topics in data mining. This paper proposes a novel subspace classification method, and uses it to form an ensemble classifier in a hierarchical structure for concept-drifting data streams classification. After dividing a given data stream into several data blocks, it uses the subspace classification method to train some bottom classifiers on each data block, and then uses these bottom classifiers to form a base classifier. The base classifers are used to build the ensemble classifier. Meanwhile, it introduces the parameter estimation method to detect concept drift. Experimental results show that the proposed method does not only significantly improve the classification performance on datasets with complex category structures, but also quickly adapts to the situation of concept drift.
Abstract:We propose a practical solution-combining the en-route filtering and traceback method to solve the false data injection attack in the wireless sensor networks. The solution combining the advantages of the en-route and traceback schemes. Its core idea is to add some marking information to the data reports, and the sink node will add the unverified data reports to the traceback set. When collecting enough reports, it will execuate the traceback operation. Meanwhile, we propose a more balanced group scheme and a probabilistic marking method to improve the performance.
