This article introduces functions and system operation of satellite resource management system. The Party Central Committee pays much attention to the remote education for members of the Chinese Communist Party. In this article, the basic service of the system is supported by satellite and domestic independent controlled information platform. Multi-language satellite terminal resource management is built using Symfony software to manage the content and learning process of satellite terminal resource, which is meaningful to the development of remote education for Party members in Xinjiang.
