Live Video Mechanism of SVC Based on Hybrid Cloud

    Abstract:

    The application of network video has become a new research hotspot with the development of network technology. After analyzing the traditional technical architecture of live video broadcast and the mechanism of storage and dispatch, a storage and distribution mechanism of scalable video coding is proposed based on hybrid cloud in this paper in view of the problem of both the heterogeneity of user request and resource allocation. Finally, conclusions are confirmed through the simulation data that the mechanism can significantly reduce the network delay in the video streaming system.
