    Abstract:

    The switchgear is one of the most critical and complex equipment in a power system, and plays an important role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the grid system.In order to better assess the health status of the switch cabinet, according to expert experience and the actual situation of monitoring system, this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on a dynamic weighted mechanism.The evaluation model establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system and a membership degree distribution function based on non-electric characteristic parameters, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the dynamic weight correction model, considering the different effects of each index of health condition of the switchgear, and emphasizing the abnormal state of the equipment.In addition, the simulation analysis is carried out by using the evaluation model.The experimental results show that the evaluation model is effective and reasonable, and conforms to the actual standard and demand of the electric power industry.
