To make an analysis and estimate the parameters of frequency-hopping signal, a fast algorithm to realize short time fourier transform is introduced. In order to improve the time-frequency concentration, the proposed algorithm is extended with the method known as time-frequency reassignment. The algorithm reduces complexity of parameter estimation. Finally, the algorithm performance is simulated and analyzed.
