    Abstract:

    As the core device in optical communication, optical transceiver module has been widely used in all kinds of system. And digital diagnosis is an effective method to monitor the parameters of optical transceiver module. This paper presents an SFP monitoring platform based on FPGA and monitor the temperature, power supply, bias current, transmit power and receive power of optical transceiver module by using the dual port RAM. This platform effectively improves the stability of the system, and has a great value.
