    Abstract:

    In order to solve the complexity of the integrated management of information engineering surveillance, considering the control of the surveillance process about the quality, investment, and the progress. Resources as decision variables, optimize the overall duration as the goal, the establishment of the information engineering surveillance process multi-objective optimization model. Information engineering surveillance control to optimize the objective function of the multi-objective decision making problems the model constructed the objective function of the multi-objective decision that is the control of information engineering surveillance, combining with a multi-objective discrete particle swarm evolutionary(DPSO) algorithm, According to the characteristics of the specific problem, we define and design new particles evolution equation, and solve multi-objective optimization Control Objectives of information engineering surveillance.
