Higher vocational education needs to raise the “strong ability, high quality” technology applied talents and, therefore, to develop the students’ vocational ability to train the criterion of “teaching, studying, doing one” the integration course teaching mode. This paper expounds the stratification of the teaching mode theory basis, features and implementation principle, and integration course design in higher vocational technology education in the teaching of necessity, and with electronic technology course teaching effect that the practice of using the feasibility.
