The paper analyzed the control mode of 3G network quality of service. It proposed the method of differentiated data stream bandwidth allocation strategy solution, data stream optimization based on DiffServ mode, flow monitoring and Optimization algorithm based on MQI. The experiment shows that the method can reduce packet loss rate, guarantee communication network QoS.
