    Abstract:

    The outlet pressure, flow and temperature regulating system of saturator in pressure saturated air preparation is a three-input three-output coupled system. The partial decoupling control strategy is presented according to the characters. The expert control strategy with static decoupling is proposed in the pressure and flow regulating subsystem. The cascade fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed in the temperature regulating subsystem. The result of simulation proves good control effect of this control strategy.
