Although many databases support the XML format data, the different interfaces they apply lack universality. A platform independent Common Data Exchange System is established with java technology. Through the Platform of Virtual Relational Database Manage System and the Platform of Virtual XML Database Manage System, the XML-document and the Relational-data can be exchanged by ignoring the platform.
