Abstract:Medical information technology industry is closely related to the level of people’s healthcare. The current situation of our national health information technology industries is not optimistic yet. The main questions focus on the following aspects: medical institutions are unable to exchange medical information, medical resources cannot be shared, within industry there are too many heterogeneous systems, and the industry standards are not fully introduced, and so on. This paper proposes a standards-based framework for regional collaborative medical platform in line with national conditions and played a certain role model for domestic similar studies.
