Scheduling Algorithm for Public Bicycle System

    Abstract:

    For the public bicycle system static vehicle scheduling problem, this paper proposes a public bicycle scheduling model with the target of transportation costs at least. It proposes an algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm integrated into genetic algorithm and it enhances the global search capability and efficiency. The example result shows that the optimized route with a reduction of 50%. It shows that the genetic simulated annealing algorithm has a good robustness and convergence and it is better for solving vehicle scheduling problem.
