In recent years, dynamic control of business process in the project management has attracted much attention. After an in-depth study of the service-oriented architecture and flexible process modeling techniques, the paper proposes the flexible process management architecture based on the SOA architecture. It constructs the flexible workflow management system model and applies it to the engineering project management system. In the end, it gives a concrete realization of the process control system.
