    Abstract:

    To minimize the cost, by using the simulation and optimization technology, this paper designs a stochastic demand inventory model with a manufacture enterprise as an example. It uses the improved genetic algorithm to optimize inventory model, and then gets the candidate strategy to optimize inventory. Simulation examples show that the proposed optimization technique is feasible and effective, and can provide decision support for enterprises.
