This paper first analyzes the current load balancing technologies and dispatch algorithm, and then presents a new dynamic load balancing algorithm based on real-time performance dynamic feedback. In this algorithm, a method of measuring the request, a real-time performance index and the admission control mechanism are utilized. The experimental result indicates the this algorithm has preferable performance in low response delay and high output rate.
