    Abstract:

    The minimal risk of lacking load due to the transmission maintenance within the whole layout period is taken as the goal in searching for the best maintenance scheduling. Meanwhile, all lines’ maintenance startup time is limited to the range of its maintenance startup-time-choice during the search. A model based on ant colony algorithm for transmission lines maintenance scheduling is presented. Analysis of an example is given to prove the effectiveness and practicality of this model.
