It is the time of "Internet+". This paper develops a mobile electronic newspaper reading system based on HTML5 for readers to read online newspapers, especially with mobiles. This system solves the problem of reader's reading from the traditional PDF file to HTML5 document which has rich reading experience. This article focuses on implementation techniques of this system, such as backstage subsystem, Android client, and how to use JSON technology to realize the information exchange between front and back stages.
