Through the analysis and summary against welding enterprises, the production management system of welding enterprises has been designed and developed out. The system is based on C/S (Client/Server) mode and the date platform of Oracle. The purpose of the system is conducting a more accurate surveillance and management of all the materials and processes against the welding production lines of the enterprises, such as the management of welding material and parent metal etc. Through these steps, the system integrates the national inspection standard data of various welding material. The standard date can be modified according to the requirements of enterprise. The function can be provided convenience for QC staff to make out the standards.
