This study introduces the design and the implementation of a management system of student work-study program in universities based on visual workflow technique. By separating the business management and the process management according to the characteristics of service process of the work-study program in universities, the system is realized with visual workflow technique by use of Jsp + SpringMVC + Hibernate schemes in Java EE architecture. Back-end data of the implemented system show that the designed system has significantly reduced the service approval time, enhanced the management efficiency, and thus can promote streamline operation, standardization and convenience of the work-study program management in universities.
