In security scenarios, most of the sensor systems (video, infrared, smoke sensor) can only achieve simple single data acquisition and processing. A mobile monitoring system based on video analysis and multi-sensor fusion is proposed with car as a carrier. The collected video is analyzed and processed with proposed algorithms (including the background-difference-based the intrusion detection algorithm and the improved TLD algorithm). With collaborative monitoring from multi-sensor, it can achieve intrusion detection, mobile tracking and monitoring.Experiments show that the system can realize the real intelligence security and user friendly interaction.
