    摘要:

    针对现有调度方案中不能解决电器使用的不确定性和可再生能源的问题,提出了一种考虑不确定性的基于实时电价的家用电器任务调度方案,该方案采用线性规划的建模方法,以最小费用支出为优化目标,兼顾了PV光伏系统、家用蓄电池以及向电网出售剩余电力情况下的能量流动,用随机规划方法和蒙特卡罗模拟来解决电器使用过程中的不确定性,保证了用户满意度.最后经实验证明,该方案具有重要的实际意义.

    Abstract:

    Since the existing scheduling solution can not deal with the uncertainties in household appliance operation time and renewable generation, we propose a solution based on real-time electricity pricing. The solution adopts linear programming model and tries to minimize the total monetary expense. Beside, the solution takes into account the photovoltaic systems, home battery and the sale of excess energy. To handle the uncertainties in household appliance operation time and ensure the users' satisfaction, a stochastic scheduling technique and Monte-Carlo simulation are used. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate the practical significance of our solution.
