In this paper, based on cloud computing technology, using service oriented architecture (SOA) concept, from the structure, operation and development of SaaS application in three dimensions to build a smart cloud service platform for industrial park, aims to solve the integration of informatization service mode and the cost of park construction wisdom in the industrial process of industrialization and information depth problem. This paper provides a reference model for the industrial park's wisdom.
