For dispatching automation engine room wiring quality and labeling are not standardized, this paper introduced the application of independent research and development of wiring labeling management tool. The tool's drawing function resolves the room wiring "no plans to follow"; its advanced applications improved wiring maintenance efficiency and promoted the standardization of the label. In order to study the feasibility of reducing the risk of the automation system by wiring labeling management tool, this paper cited the equipment state evaluation model to quantify risk assessment automation system. According to the impact of identity management elements to the assessment result of risk quantification, the application effects and promotion value of room labeling management tools was demonstrated.
