The paper introduced the high performance computer cluster management situation, according to the shortages of current management, the cluster management system overall framework was designed. Using the Proc file system in Linux, MySQL database and Web technology, the function of managing data acquisition, data storage and application interface was designed. Finally the paper achieved the management in the unified Web interface of the cluster system real-time running, historical data statistics and analysis.
