Standards have legal effect within a certain range, and it is basic norm of national products and trade contacts. The collection, mining and using of standard documents are necessary conditions of standard information consulting and service. Combining situation of standard document resources and actual user needs, this paper designed a processing flow from standard document photocopy to standard content indicators, and implemented a standard document content indicator service system.
