Along with the IT technical development application in quantity value dissemination system, data security of NIM MIS is the key factor in quantity value dissemination. In this paper, based on the demand of NIM MIS data backup and disaster recovery programs, combined with the actual situation of business, point of a different solution. By this way, we could realization data backup and quickly recovery, the quantity value dissemination could safety develop.
