Real time monitoring for the air quality indoor is critical to the residing safety, by distributed multipoint monitoring, the family environment can be grasped to prevent the indoor pollution, and avoid the danger of the toxic gas. An air pollution monitoring system based on the wireless network is developed in this paper. The energy management is optimized by several methods designed in this paper. The system is designed for the monitoring of formaldehyde, VOC and CO gases in different room, which can also be used for monitoring of temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters.
