In the process of program production in TV station, the material flow mainly relies on simple file sharing. It is complicated and difficult to manage. To solve these problems,an FTP-based material flowing system has been proposed. According to the characteristics of working flow in TV station, special file organization and access management strategy are developed. In the automatic file packaging function, compatible interface has been provided to different file formats. Through the deployment, the feasibility and usability are verified.
