The integration and intelligence is the trend of China's Traffic Information System (TIS). Based on the analysis of the current situation of TIS and existing problems in it, the paper puts forward a framework of BI-based Integrated TIS, and design scheme of the data warehouse, data integration, on-line analytical processing and data mining. This design has been applied in a provincial TIS.
