This paper makes a detailed classification and illustrates the concept of variables and method, analyzes the variables and methods of memory allocation problem in Java programming design application process, the covering problems in the inheritance and the application problems of static variables and static methods. It also sets partial typical examples. This research can provide Java program developers appropriate use of variables and methods as reference in programming design process, and ensure the developed program is concise and high efficiency.
