To make face detection accurate and in real-time, this paper proposes the face detection method based on the skin-color model of AdaBoost. It can improve the accuracy of the AdaBoost results by applying color characteristics to the AdaBoost. The experimental results show that the method can make more faces detection, reduce the computation and satisfy the real-time demand.
