Abstract:

This paper proposed a theoretical framework of service system based on the theory of system science, and studied some related notions, such as the composition of a system, the relationship between systems, the system hierarchy structure, the evolution of a system, etc. In the next section, we discussed the modeling of service system and the future research work.
