中文摘要: 示波法血压测量的关键是脉搏波的提取以及收缩压、舒张压的判定。就此两方面,改进并实现了非线性的形态滤波器,从脉搏波和袖带压的混合信号中滤得脉搏波,并结合波形特征法和S 判别法,实现了收缩压舒张压的判定。通过验证,较单纯的归一化比例系数法,该算法明显提高了测量结果的准确性与重复性。
Abstract:The crucial factors of blood pressure measurement based on oscillography are the extraction of pulse waves and the determination algorithm. So this paper improved the nonlinear filter based on morphology, to extract pulse waves successfully. We combined wave characteristics and sphygmo-oscillographic method, realizing the determination algorithm of blood pressure. Experiments prove this algorithm effectively improved the measurement accuracy and repeatability than normalization coefficient method.
