中文摘要: 研究如何将EVM 理论实际应用到生产车间信息管理系统中的问题。基于EVM 理论中提出的基本参数和重要指标,对生产车间工时管理系统进行流程分析后,编制出符合EVM 参数和指标要求的WBS 和CBS,利用车间工时管理系统中现有的数据信息,在EVM 理论和WBS、CBS 理论分析的支撑下采集所需要的数据实现EVM 公式的计算,并进一步构造出绩效考核指标IPI。以EVM 理论为基础实现的车间工时管理系统在产品进度分析和成本预算报表上比以往更精确,更能及时反映车间生产情况。
Abstract:This article researches how to apply EVM to manufacture time management system in mechanical workshop. To complied WBS and CBS that apply with the parameters and index of EVM based on the theory of EVM gives basic parameters and important index and the analysis process of manufacture time management system in mechanical workshop,Collecting requesting data with the help of the theory in the existing data of manufacture time management, to further structure the creditability and efficiency of the index IPI. The manufacture time management system based on the theory of EVM is more accurate and faster to reflect the condition of product in workshop.
